The above quote was taken from American Motorcyclist magazine. The statement was made by AMA Land Use Coordinator, Roy Janson, and you can probably guess what he was talking about.

Last month, we told you about a senate bill that was introduced to provide repayment of the $8.5 million taken from the Green Sticker fund. This month, it is our most unfortunate privilege to inform you that the bill did not pass and the money will not be repaid.

According to the American Motorcyclist, we have Governor Brown and Assemblyman John Vasconcellos (D-San Jose) to thank for this, as they were the ones who approved the entire issue.
