ABOUT GLAMIS...
Sherri:
I thought you did an excellent job on the Glamis issue this month
(November 2000). I especially like the parts about who to be mad
at and who not to be mad at.
I hope people do comply with the closure. If not, my guess is
that we will lose it all!

THANKS FOR THE
PHOTO!
Sherri:
Thank you for putting my photo in the magazine and on the website.
That was cool. Bill (Quackenbush) told me to do something spectacular,
but I guess it was enough just to stay on two wheels!

ABOUT THE SIGN-UP
BOOTH...
Sherri:
I made it out to Lucerne Valley the weekend of the National Hare
& Hound and set up my "sign-up booth." I had 300
of your sign-up booth articles (from a previous issue) printed
up and I stapled a tract on it. I was there from 7:30 to 3:30
and handed out 295.
I don't know if you've ever been out there, but once you get
off the highway it's about 12-14 miles in. I parked my truck about
200 yards in. I wasn't there an hour when this Sheriff's jeep
drives up and tells me they had a complaint about me. I handed
the guy a tract and he read it and said "Cool!" and
walked away. Just then this BLM truck drove up, parked behind
the Jeep, walked over to me and wanted to know what I was "signing
up for." I told him "Heaven," handed him one and
he didn't say a word, just walked over to his truck and talk to
the two Sheriff guys.
Still praying for you and the paper.
