The Election....2000

Too close for comfort, to borrow a cliche, is a good way to sum up this year's five week, nail-biting, presidential election scare. We finally got someone in the White House who is not bought and paid for by the radical preservationists. But he just barely got there, and we sure can't sit back and rest easy now.

For it's an absolute guarantee the liberals will be back with a vengeance four years from now. And if you thought this election ordeal glued people to the TV, radio and internet while they watched for news on who our next leader would be, "you ain't see nothin' yet!"

All the liberal environmental wacko movie stars who will be leaving the country now that Bush is president will be back (what? you mean they didn't really leave?!) to make sure, MAKE SURE, they get their guy (or gal Hillary) into the White House come 2004. Is that what we're going to let them do?

And this time it's not going to work having a voter blitz campaign at the very end when every off road group in the nation came out of the woodwork to promote the vote. We just can't wait till the end. We need to get motivated now, as if the next election was next week. Because it will take that kind of momentum to keep a conservative in the White House so we can keep our sport, our weapons, our land and our rights.
